This case record is placed before the Ld. Judges of National Lok Adalat which is held today at the Court Room of  D.C.D.R.C., Howrah.

Both parties & their Ld. Lawyers are found present.

Heard both sides.  Considered submissions.

In  course of hearing it is settled  by the parties that the Bank Authority shall pay Rs. 35,000/- including interest @ 9 % per annum  from the date of filing of this case within 7 (seven) working days from this date.

          In terms of the above noted settlement both parties have filed one verified application and has admitted the above noted fact.

          As the disputes involved in this case have been settled in between the parties of this case, let this case be disposed of on settlement.

In the result, it is accordingly,

ORDERED

That this Complaint Case No. 113/2021  be and the same is disposed of through National Lok Adalat .

It is held that the OP, Bank Authority shall pay Rs. 35,000/-  including interest to the complainant within 7 working days from the date of this order by way of furnishing  Bank Draft  before this District Commission.

Let the joint petition  which has been filed by the parties be made a part of this order.

Parties of this case are entitled to get a free certified copy of this order as early as possible.
