On 22.07.2014, office reported that FA 139 of 2005 was disposed of on 15.10.2009 by the Hon’ ble National Commission and the order copy was not available. In such circumstances it is inferred that there is no stay in the matter.  No representation for the petitioner and the respondent.  For recording the sworn statement of the petitioner/complainant, the matter was adjourned  to 30.07.2014.  On 30.07.2014, none appears and hence the matter was posted to 31.07.2014  under the caption of ‘ dismissal’ . On 31.7.2014 as the advocates boycott  the Court, the matter was adjourned to this day. Today also, none appears on both sides. Hence the P.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution.
