The case record is put-up to day before the National Lok-Adalat. Parties present before the Adlat in-obedience to the Notices issued to them.

The Parties jointly filed a compromise petition stating there-in that they want to settled the matter and agreed to compromise as the Opposite Party agreed to change the total lock system of the vehicle i.e. Bolero SLX MDI TS 2WD bearing Registration No. OR-17G-2157 with a new lock system. The Complainant is also ready to repay the balance loan amount after the Opposite Party charge the lock system.

Perused the Compromise Petition. Hence, ordered to comply the above within one month of this Order. On the same date the Opposite Party will change the total lock system of the vehicle and also the Complainant will pay the balance Loan amount to the Opposite Party.

The case is disposed off accordingly in this Lok-adalat.
