                Complainant absent when called during call work.  No representation on behalf of the complainant.  Complainant absent when again called at 12.15pm.  No representation on behalf of complainant. 

                Taken up after lunch.  Complainant called absent. No representation on behalf of complainant though the case was posted under caption “dismissal”.  Even on earlier occasions also, this Forum liberally adjourned the matter though the complainant was absent and no representation was made.  It therefore appears to us that the complainant has no interest to prosecute the case.  Hence, dismissed for default.
