              Complainant  is absent. No step taken on his  behalf. Perusal the complaint petition  and documents filed by the complainant. The  grievance of the complainant is that although she was paid the  insurance  premium for her crop loss,  she  has not  yet paid  the insured  amount from the OP. crop  loss insurance is a policy decision of  the  government and the insurance  company is  the implementing  authority. Hence  the Op is not  rendering  any  service for implementing  the  Government scheme as per the terms and condition . Hence  the consumer complainant is not maintainable . Accordingly the  case  of the complainant  is dismissed as not admitted.
