 Gist of the complaint case is that being allured by the attractive interest the complainant invested a sum of Rs. 20,000/- on 31.03.2011 for fixed period of nine years to the OP no. 2 through the OP no. 1 and was allotted Certificate of Property  No AIRL/RD00220174. The maturity amount was Rs. 60,000/- as on 31.03.2020.  due to urgent need the complainant wanted premature withdrawal of the amount and requested the OP no.2 several times and even sent legal notice on 31.03.2020 for payment of the pre matured amount, but with no effect.

Hence, the complainant  has filed this 60,000/- in total,  including principal and due interest with 10% per annum interest per annum from the date of maturity of  the investment and other reliefs.  The cause of action of this case has stated to have arisen on and from 31.03.2020 which is absurd one.

On going through the complaint and considering the materials on record it appears that this case is pre-matured and is misguiding one.

Hence,

O R D E R E D

The complaint of CC/107 of 2018 be and the same is dismissed ex parte against the OPs. with a liberty to file the  complaint afresh.

Let the copy of the judgment be supplied to all the parties free of cost.
