The case is fixed for fresh steps by the Complainant.

It appears from the record that the complainant has been directed to take fresh steps since 11-01-2019 and the case is being adjourned on that ground from time to time during this long period. The complainant conducts the case himself and cease work by the local bar Association is not an excuse for him to abstain from taking steps.

The Commission thinks that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case. Hence, it is ordered that the case is dismissed for default with liberty for restoration on proof of cogent ground.
