The case is fixed for steps by the Complainant.

It appears from the record that the case was admitted on 10-07-2018 and since then the case is fixed for taking steps by the Complainant. The Complainant conducts the case himself and so cease work by the Local Bar Association is not an excuse for him to abstain from taking steps.

The Commission finds no justification to adjourn the case for taking steps by the Complainant. The Complainant is surely not interested to proceed with the case.

Hence it is ordered that the Complaint case is dismissed for default with option to pray for restoration subject to the satisfaction of this Commission.
