Today   has  been    fixed  for   necessary  order   on  the   petition no-  3434/23   and   3433/23   . The    complainant  &  the  O.P.No-1    &   2   had    filed    petition   nos-   3434/23  &   3433/23  respectively  on   30/10/2023   for   dispose   of  the  matter   as  the   complainant   has  no    grievance    against   the   opp.  parties    as  the   opp. parties   have  paid   the   amount   of  Bluestar AC  Rs.44,000/- + Rs.7,000/-   as  a    litigation   cost   &   the   complainant   has   received  the   said  amount    i.e.  Rs.51,000/-  . The   complainant  annexed  the  statement  of   concerned  bank. 

Accordingly  , the  matter  is  disposed of  on   mutual   settlement   between    the   complainant   &    the   O.P.No-1  &2.  

As   per   petitions   filed   by  the   parties   referred  above  the   case  is  disposed  off  on  compromise.
