Complainant Mr. Dipanjan Majumder is present in person and submits that he is already filed photo copy of Aadhar Card along with original for his personal identification.

Ld. Advocate appearing on behalf of the o.p. nos.1,2 and 3 and also files vakalatnama and submits that out of Court the matter of disputes has been settled and files a memo of settlement.

I asked the complainant Mr. Dipanjan Majumder whether he fully satisfied with the terms of the settlement or not. In open Court he submits that he satisfied with the terms of the settlement and he put his signature willingly after understanding the content of the terms of the settlement and prays for disposal according to the terms of the settlement.

Hence, this complaint case is disposed of according to the terms of the settlement.
