Both parties are present through their Ld. Agents.

The Complainant also filed a petition praying for withdrawal of the case. It appears from the petition that the case is amicably settled up between the parties outside of the present Forum.

Heard both sides in regards to the petition.

We accord necessary permission to the Complainant for withdrawal of the case in view of the petition filed by the Complainant.
