Complainant/Dhr- Sri LaxminarayanMohapatra  appeared in person along with his advocate- Sri DebasisNayak and filed a petition to receive the cheque deposited by the O.P /Jdr –Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited  towards full & final settlement of the decreed amount awarded in   First Appeal No. 270 of 2019 arising out of C.D.Case No.29 of 2019.  Complainant Sri Mohapatra also produced his ADHAR CARD bearing No. 7540 4793 7285 for his identification and Advocate Sri Nayak duly identified  the complainant.

             Heard. Perused the order  dtd. 10.02.2022 passed by Hon’ble state CDR Commission Odisha in  First appeal No. 270 of 2019 arising out ofC.D.Case No. 29 of 2019 and  verified the deposited amount deposited by the O.P/Jdr in shape a cheque.  The cheque bearing No. 831494 dt. 30.03.2022 of HDFC bank amounting to Rs.2,73,278/- (Rupees two lakhs seventy three thousand two hundred seventy eight ) Only handed over to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the  decreed amount awarded in   First Appeal No. 270 of 2019 arising out of C.D.Case No.29 of 2019.

                  In view of compliance of Order by O.P/Jdr  and satisfaction of complainant/Dhr  the execution proceeding bearing No. 14 of 2019  is dropped accordingly.  As no order with regards to  security amount of Rs.1,25,000/- (Rupees one Lakh Twenty Five Thousand ) Only  deposited by O.P/Jdr. Vide Misc case No. 678 of 2019 arising out of FA No. 270 of 2019, the same may be  released after proper instructions of Hon’ble  State Commission ,Odisha.
