Sh.Harmandeep Singh Saini, Counsel for OP No.1.

OP No.2 already ex-parte.

ORDER

1.         Special Power of Attorney on behalf of complainant in favour of Ranjit Singh filed.

2.         A compromise has been arrived at between the parties with the efforts of Lok Adalat. Sh.Harmandeep Singh Saini, Counsel for OP No.1 has made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“I offer to pay a sum of Rs.55,000/- in full and final settlement of the dispute, in addition to the amount of Rs.1 lac already paid to the complainant”

 

3.         Sh.Vivek Arora, Counsel for Complainant has accepted the offer and made the following statement, recorded separately:-

“I have gone through the above statement of Sh.Harmandeep Singh Saini, Counsel for OP No.1. I accept the same. I have received a sum of Rs.55,000/- in cash on behalf of complainant as full and final settlement of the dispute. Now, the complainant does not want to pursue this case further. So, on the instructions of the complainant, I do not press this complaint. It be dismissed as withdrawn”

 

4.         In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

5.         Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
