ORDER

Order dt.24/02/2004 The complaint is allowed. The respondents are hereby directed to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant in respect of the policy bearing No.70404/47/11/61/466/99 in respect of her son B.V.Balakrishna Sharma Within sixty days frm the date of receipt of copy of this order.
