Order dt.27/08/1992<br /> <br /> Petitioner files his affidavit. Perused same and complaint. It is not in dispute that complainant filed an account payee cheque for collection and credited to his account number in the respondent's bank. The cheque amount was not collected by respondent for 57 days nor the cheque returned to the complainant for any reason. The respondent though served with notice did not file any objection. Hence, the complainant filed his affidavit to prove his case. He has documents in support of his complaint. There is no reason to deny his prayer.
