ORDER

Order dt.17/03/2005 The complaint is allowed against O.P.No.2 i.e., Block Education Officer, Virajpet and directed to pay damages of Rs.5,000/- for allowing the policy of the wife of the complainant lapsed and Rs.500/- towards the cost of this proceedings. The same shall be paid to the complainant within three months from the date of receipt of this order.
