Order dt.12/03/1991 Called out. Complainant is present. Both the Opponents are present. Sri R.C.Seth for 1st Opponent and Sri Bhaskar for both the Opponents are present. After discussion the parties have come to the following conclusion: The Opponents shall extend the facilities of payment of annual premiums to the complainant in the office of LIC, Madikeri. They shall further extend all the benefits to which he is entitled to receive on the maturity of the policy. The Opponents have presented a writing to that effect. In the light of the above directions this complaint is disposed off. The writing shall form part of this order.
