Today is the date is fixed for filing W/V by the op, files a petition praying for withdrawl of the case stating that the matter has been setteled amicable by and between the parties outside the court. As the petitioner made payment of the ligiti made does of the opposide party and the op has valid receipt of the closure of the loan account.

 The complainant shreasi chakraborty was present personally. She also states that she is not unleasted perfume the case any more. The op was present through his Ld lawyer.

 We are in the considered openion that there is no impediment to drop the case as the dispute has been setteled amicable.

                                                Hence it is ordered. That the case no being cc/165/2017 is dropped due to withdrawl.
