Compt files agent hazira but absent on calls. Today is fixed for filing s/c. No s/c filed on the last occasion. Compt was absent on calls and 12-4-18 show cause and thereafter compt filed show cause  but it is seen in the record that compt is very much irregular to take steps. We are in the opinion that the compt is not interested to proceed with the case.

                It is ordered that the CC no 52/2017 be and the same is dismissed for default for non prosecution.
