Order no. 10, dt.9.6.15.

   Both sides are present. Today is fixed for order. Hd. M and considered. It appears that the order being its no. 6, dtd. 14.1.15 was for evidence. But , in the meantime, the dispute between has already been settled amicably and in order to close the dispute the terms and conditional of the mutual  settlement has been complied with by way of making payment of Rs.59,403/- in favour of the compt. The compt. at the same time has accepted the amount with his full satisfaction.

In view of the above we have nothing  to do in this regard but to drop the proceeding right now.

Hence ordered

   That the case be and the same is allowed on compromise.
