Learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint due to technical defect and same be dismissed as withdrawn and necessary permission to file new complaint on the same cause of action after curing the technical defect before appropriate court of law may be given. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after curing the technical defect before appropriate court of law. The original documents, if any be returned to the complainant against proper receipt after placing on file photostat copies of the same. File be consigned to the record room.
