Advocate for both the side and complainant present, as per the settlement made between the parties, with the intervention of forum, both the parties and Op’s are settled the matter as per the direction of the forum, Op No.1 furnish the DD in the name of the forum and Op no.1 also present and paid the difference amount to the complainant, Complainant filed a memo stating that, she is fully satisfied, hence pray to dispose off the complaint.

            As such complaint is disposed off.
