File has been taken up today in the National Lok Adalat. Statement of Sh.Shiva Beri, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant has already been recorded on 27.10.2022 that the matter has been compromised between the Complainant and the Opposite Parties, so the Complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
