                        Heard the learned advocate for the complainant. Perused the complainant petition and documentary evidence available on record. The complainant is a pensioner and was allowed by the govt. To draw his pension through Axis Bank Balangir Branch. The grivence of the complainant is that, Since his request for transfer of his pension account has not been considered by the O.Ps he has preferred  this case before this Forum for Redressal. Since this is a case relating to pension matter this Forum has no Jurisdiction to decide the same.

            Accordingly the case is dismissed as not admitted.

                      Since the case is not admitted there is no needs of consideration of the interim petition and hence the interim petition is disposed off.

              Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  13^th   day of   June   2019.
