07.06.2022                Put up the case record as it is fixed for hearing. The complainant is present personally through his advocate and files one withdrawal petition with adhar of complainant for identification, on the ground that both the parties have been settled outside the Commission amicably. The complainant prayed before this Commission that he do not want to proceed with the case further.

 

                                    In view of present withdrawal petition as the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the present complaint case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
