Present:Sh.Pawan MagoAdv. for complainant.
             Sh.G.S.Mehla, Adv. for Op No.1.
             Sh.Satish Sangwan, Adv. for Ops No.2.

          Today the case is fixed for arguments but the ld. Counsel for the Op No.2 the maturity units of the unit plan taken by the complainant will be given to the complainant at the time of maturity as per terms and conditions of the policy but the terms and conditions of the policy would be followed.

            On the other hand the ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that as per the statement of the ld. Counsel for the Ops he withdraws the present complaint subject to direction to the OP No.2 not to deduct the insurance premium from the account of the complainant.

        In view of the statements of the ld. Counsel for the complainant as well as Op No.2 the present complaint stands disposed of with the direction to the Op No.2 not to deduct any insurance premium from the account of the complainant in future.  Both the parties shall remain bound by their statements.  Copies of this order be supplied to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to the record-room.
