Today is fixed for admission hearing. Complainant side is found present and ready. Heard Ld. Advocate for the complainant side. Considered submission.

Perused the complaint petition and its annexed documents. It appears that the complainant has filed this case with a prayer for passing direction to the O.ps. to consider his loan application. But fact remains that such prayer is not falling under the jurisdiction of the District Commission or Consumer Court. Such relief is only available from the Ld. Civil Court.

As this District Commission has no jurisdiction and there is no cause of action for filing this case, this case is not admitted. So, it is dismissed. No order is passed as to cost.
