                        This complaint is coming on this day for orders in the presence of Sri.K.Ravi Kumar, Advocate, Kurnool, for the complainant, and Sri.P.Ramanjaneyulu, Advocate, Kurnool for the opposite party No.1 and Sri.M.Azmathulla, Advocate, Kurnool for the opposite party No.3 and opposite party No.2 is called absent and set exparte and upon perusing the material papers on record, the Forum made the following:-
