Ld. Counsel appearing for the complainant is present.

The case is taken up for hearing on admission point.

Heard the Ld. Advocate of the complainant on admission point.

Ld. Counsel appearing for the complainant submits that at this stage let the process be issued against the O.Ps. and she also submits that O.Ps. have purposely denied the claim of the complainant and for redressal complainant has come before this Commission.

It may be noted that obviously each and every complainant when comes before this Commission, definitely they come keeping in mind only to have some order in his/her favour, but only to have any favourable order he/she has to make out a prima facie case atleast.

It will not be out of place to mention that having heard the Ld. Counsel appearing for the complainant and going through the materials on record including annexures we are not inspired to say anything positive. Rather it may be pointed out that complainant has failed to make out any prima facie case for proceeding further with the case.

Hence, the complaint stands rejected.

Let a plain copy be handed over to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
