Learned Advocate for the complainant as well as for the OP-Finance company are present. In continuation to our order dated 07.03.2017 and after hearing the matter in issue directed by Hon’ble State Commission along with the document i.e. Final Call letter dated 6.02.2017 and account statement from 7.03.2210 to 07.03.2017 in respect o the loan account of the complainant it came to our notice that the complainant had stopped his repayment with effect from 01.06.2016 onwards and thereafter two cheques were bounced due to insufficient funds accumulating total outstanding amount to a tune of Rs.16,73,953/ including O.D. instalment value and additional finance charges. Non-payment of instalment from 01.06.2016 by the complainant can be taken as serious fault in a matter of finance business. In that circumstances, we find no deficiency in service on the part of the OP-Finance Company. Accordingly the case is dismissed and disposed of.
