ORDER BY HON’BLE PRESIDENT- MR. P.K. PADHI:

                                                                                      JUDGMENT

            Complainant has filed this consumer complaint U/s.12 of C.P. Act, 1986 seeking the following reliefs:

            “Direct the opposite parties to make arrangement for credited the aforesaid debited amount of the complainant along with interest and pay cost of Rs.20,000/- towards mental agony, litigation expenses along with loss of valuable time”.

            Brief facts of the case is that regarding nonpayment of Rs.6,000/- in the ATM Card.  

            It is settled principle of law of Hon’ble National Commission that the ATM service is not coming within purview of the Consumer Protection Act as such this consumer complaint is dismissed without any cost.
