Case is fixed to-day for hearing learned Advocate on behalf of OPs is present and files a document with subject contract termination wherein it is stolid the caption Loan account has already been closed in their books and the OP has also sent the relevant documents as mentioned in the contract termination to the concerned RTO for further course of action in their end. Heard from the said of Advocate for the OP and perused the documents filed.

     In view of the document filed this forum is not inclined to proceed further in this case. Hence the present C.C. is closed accordingly.
