Learned Advocates for both parties are present. Complainant’s Advocates files a petition stating that the complainant does not want to proceed the case any further against the opposite parties hence he pray to allow him for withdrawal the present case. Heard from the side of the Advocate and seeking permission for withdrawal of the case is allowed. In view of the said petition filed by the complainant the present disputes is dismissed being withdrawal.
