Complainant is present before forum to day who files a petition praying for permission to withdrawn his complaint as the matter in dispute has already been settled amongst the parties outside before the forum amicably. Heard the petition is allowed. permission for withdrawn is accorded. The  complaint is therefore dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly the present C C Case is disposed of.
