     The parties have settled the matter before the Lok Adalat. Joint statements of Sh.Sumeet Singh, Counsel for Complainant alongwith Sh.Harvinder Singh,Complainant in person and Sh.Rajeev Bhardwaj, Counsel for OPs alongwith Sh.Ashish Tangri,Asstt.Manager for OPs, have been recorded, in view of which the complaint stands disposed of in terms of settlement as fully satisfied. The parties shall be bound by the statements made before the Lok Adalat and the same shall be deemed to be a part of this order.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
