ORDER

 

                        The learned counsel for complainant has made statement that he withdraws his complaint with liberty to file afresh. Such statement has been recorded on the complaint itself. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh as per law on the same cause of action.

                        On the oral request of the counsel for the complainant, the documents be returned to him by retaining one set of the same against proper receipt and as per rules.

                        Copy of this order free of cost be supplied to the complainant. The file be consigned.
