Final Order / Judgement

                                                            DATE OF DISPOSAL: 24.07.2023

PER:   SRI SATISH KUMAR PANIGRAHI, PRESIDENT

The advocate for O.P.No.1, 2 & 3 are present today.  The complainant found absent on repeated call today.

On perusal of case record, it appears that, the complainant has filed this case for deficiency in services rendered by the opposite parties. Accordingly, the case was admitted and notices were issued. The opposite parties were appeared and filed their written version respectively. But the complainant was found absent till 17.06.2022 since 16.05.2019 and not taken any steps to proceed in the present case. The Ld. Counsel for the Complainant filed a petition on 17.06.2022, but thereafter the complainant not taken any steps again and not attended the Commission. Hence in view of above circumstances, the Commission now feels to dispose of the case as per law. The complainant probably does not want to proceed in this case any further. Hence the consumer complaint stands dismissed for non prosecution by the Complainant. No order as to cost.

This case is disposed of accordingly.

The Judgment be uploaded on the www.confonet.nic.in for the perusal of the parties.

A certified copy of this Judgment be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or they may download same from the www.confonet.nic.in to treat the same as if copy of the order received from this Commission.

The file is to be consigned to the record room along with a copy of this Judgment.

Pronounced on 24.07.2023.
