Complainant submits that he has already received the entire claim amount from the OP and as such he has filed a petition with a affidavit that he has received Rs.32366/- (Rupees thirty two thousand six hundred sixty six) only in full and final settlement. He has no further claim. Accordingly, the case is finally settled as per the petition of the complainant.
The case is accordingly, finally disposed of before the National Lok Adalat.
