Complainant stated before us that she does not want to proceed with this case and disputed amount has been paid to her by issuing cheque in her favour.

In view of the above facts & circumstances we are inclined to dismiss this case for non-prosecution.

That the Complaint Case No.20 of 2016 is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution ; but without cost.
