While hearing the counsel for the complainant regarding admission of this complaint we questioned him as to the transaction in respect of which the complainant is aggrieved on and the alleged deficiency that is complained against Op.  It looks that the complainants have clubbed the transactions commencing from the year 1999 to the subsequent borrowed and brought this complaint which in our view is not self explanatory as to understand the case of the complainants.   At this stage, learned counsel representing the complainants sought permission to withdraw the complaint and to file a fresh complaint airing the grievance of the complainants which shall be self explanatory.   Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the complainants to file a fresh complaint.
