Both the parties are present through their Ld. Advocates.

Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably before the Upovokta Lok Adalat.

The O.Ps have paid Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakhs) only through Demand Draft bearing No.648704 dated 16.10.2024 drawn on ICICI Bank, Kolkata Branch in favour of the Complainant, Santana Barman. This is full and final settlement of his claim.

Accordingly, the complaint case is disposed of amicably.

It is ordered that the case is disposed of on consent by the parties.

No order as to cost.

That the complaint case No. CC/7/2023 is hereby disposed of.
