Today, Statement of Mr.Rupansh Gupta, Authorised Representative on behalf of Complainant recorded that he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint, so he withdraws the present complaint. Permission may kindly be granted to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before Hon'ble State Commission, Punjab, Chandigarh.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by Mr.Rupansh Gupta, Authorised Representative on behalf of Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to the Complainant to file a fresh complaint before appropriate Court or Authority.
