       Complainant in person is present. O.p. in person is present. Complainant files a petition alongwith some document praying for withdrawal of the case on the ground of mutual settlement in between the parties. Heard both sides. Perused the petition of complainant and materials on record. Prayer for withdrawal of the compliant is considered and allowed.

       Complainant is permitted to withdraw his case. Of course he is not permitting to file new case on the self-same cause of action.

Thus, the instant case is disposed off with full satisfaction.
