Advocate for Complainant present and filed not pressed memo.

As per withdrawal memo/not  pressed memo filed by Complainant Counsel on behalf of Complainant, with the permission of complainant as he is unable to appear before this Commission in-person, the Counsel for Complainant represents himself and undertakes that the complainant will not raise any dispute in respect of said claim involved in future in any Court of Law. With this Complainant Counsel prays before this Commission to close the case as not-pressed.

Accordingly the case is closed as not pressed.
