Complainant and opponent No. 2 Present. The complaint and opponent No.2 submitted a memo that they have settled the matter amicably. The Opponent No.2 has issued cheque for Rs. 20,000/- in the name of complainant and also bond for Rs. 10,000/- which would mature after 18 months. The complainant has admitted the contents of memo and also reciept of cross cheque and bond. In view of settlement between the parties the complaint is disposed off as not pressed.
