JUDGMENT /FINAL ORDER
Complainant above named filed this complaint against the aforesaid Opposite Party praying for direction to the O.Ps to render proper service, and to rectify the Credit Card and CIBIL score, compensation amounting to Rs. 25,000/-, cost of the case and other reliefs.
He alleged that he is using a Credit Card issued by SBI. He was trying to take the naukri paid subscription due to some official call and had to pause the process. Thereafter he received a call from Naukri.com asking the reason behind it he asked them to send the link for payment. Thereafter when he opened the link and go to the payment page just after entering the Credit card no., amount of Rs. 25,000/- was debited from his account where his credit limit was Rs. 24,000/-. Thereafter he raised complaint but did not get any fruitful result. Hence, the Complainant filed this case.
Decisions with Reasons:-
Case was admitted on 03/11/2022. Thereafter 06/05/2024 was fixed for hearing the petition but on that date Complainant was absent without any steps.
Complainant was asked to file Show Cause by 20/05/2024 as to why necessary order shall not be passed against him vide order no. 08 dated 06/05/2024.
But on the next date i.e. on 20/05/2024 and 08/07/2024 Complainant did not take any steps nor filed Show Cause as per order no. 08 dated 06/05/2024.
Complainant did not produce original documents in support of his case so this Commission is unable to decide case on merit.
The conduct of the Complainant indicates that he is not willing to proceed with this case. In this situation we have no other alternative but to dismiss the case.
In the result, present case fails.
