This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of National Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

Both parties are found present and ready with ld. Lawyers.

Heard both sides. Considered submission.

As per point of contention and argument highlighted by both parties and their ld. Lawyers the disputed involved in this case have been amicably settled and for that reason the complainant is not willing to continue this complaint case. It is also pointed out that the complainant has already filed a petition for withdrawing this case. According to the point of contention of both parties the claim of the op of Rs. 3,00,000/- has also been paid by the complainant. On account of settlement of the disputes involved in this case amongst the parties of this case and as the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case and intending to withdraw this case, this case is required to be disposed of.

In the result it is accordingly

ordered

that the complaint case being no. 136 of 2024 be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn.

Let the withdraw petition filed in the complaint case be made a part of this order.

Let a free certified copy of this order be handed over to the parties immediately.
