Today is fixed for further admission hearing.

When this matter is taken up for consideration at 11.30 a.m and thereafter at 12.10 p.m, the complainant is found absent. On call nobody appears.  The conduct of the complainant is clearly indicating that complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.  So this case is not admitted.

In the result, it is accordingly,

                                                            ORDERED

That this case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

No order is passed as to cost.
