Complainant side is found ready through ld. lawyer.

Heard ld. advocate for the complainant side.  Considered submission.

In course of hearing this District Commission raised the question as to why the  treating doctor and Insurance company have not been impleaded as parties.  At this stage ld. advocate for the complainant side “Not Pressed” the complaint petition.

As the complaint petition is not pressed, it is not admitted and it is dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the complainant to file the complaint case afresh on the self-same cause of action after curing the defects. 

No order is passed as to cost.
