Sh.Anil Bhatia, Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that matter has been compromised between the parties and as per the compromise, he has received today in the Forum cheque bearing No.008880 dt.17.9.2015 for Rs.5000/- from the opposite party and there remains no dispute between the parties. Connection installed by the opposite parties in the premises of the complainant is in good working condition. Now no complaint is pending for the same. As such, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of complainant. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
